Behind the Scenes
A lot of work goes on behind the scenes of our band.
Music has to be selected, charts (music) must be written
or purchased, all music must printed out or scanned
for the musicians and loaded to notebooks
or ipads, and rehearsed for the shows.
Reservations must be taken, tickets sold, decorations planned
and prepared for the show, and then they must be
taken down and packed away after the show!
Savoys "Family" Dinner, Kicking off the 2024-2025 Season
Our Savoys family had a lovely time gathering together to kick off the Fall Season.
It's great to relax and socialize with this wonderful group of friends.

Volunteers prepare decorations for each performance.
Tablecloths, centerpieces, wall and stage decorations, backdrops
and photo ops, are all part of the Volunteers' duties. They also sell tickets for the show, sell 50/50 tickets, greet and check-in our guests,
take photographs, run the lights and sound, and help in any way that is needed.
Preparing for a show involves a lot of people doing a lot of things!
